# Make the meeting count.

Prepare the right concerns, invite the right people, and leave with a clear follow-up.

## What is a Business Watch Meeting?

A Business Watch Meeting connects local law enforcement with tenants, property managers, security, and regular vendors such as maintenance crews. Steadfast schedules and coordinates meetings after local authorities agree to participate. The discussion identifies concerns, contact procedures, and follow-up actions. Attendance is not guaranteed.

## Start with specific observations

Ask tenants and management to bring locations, patterns, and examples. A concern about one loading area at closing time is easier to plan around than a general request for more security.

## Make the contact process clear

Property managers can call their Steadfast contact at any time. Tenants, alarm monitoring companies, and camera monitoring companies can use 24-hour dispatch. Review the property’s escalation tree and distinguish property concerns from emergencies.

## Invite the people who can act

Include tenants, property managers, security, and regular vendors such as maintenance crews. Coordinate with local authorities and schedule the meeting after they agree to participate. Share the topics in advance; attendance is not guaranteed.

## Record the next step

Agree who owns each action and how the group will follow up. Bring updates back into the site instructions and future property reviews.

Prepared by Steadfast Security for general property-planning conversations. Coverage and procedures are agreed for each assignment.

## Put the conversation into practice.
