Rincon · United States Army (Retired) #### In Jose’s words I served more than 22 years in the United States Army, including in Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom, and retired as a Staff Sergeant. The Army taught me to lead by example, remain accountable, and care for the people entrusted to me. Those lessons guide my work as an Operations Manager at Steadfast Security. I’m proud to bring those values to a veteran-owned company, supporting our employees and serving our clients.
